AI-RAN & Wireless Network Infrastructure

The engineers to build it. Or the team to deliver it.

ARANIS works in one domain — AI-RAN, Open RAN and the data and cloud infrastructure underneath it — and offers two ways to engage. Take our engineers onto your team, or hand us the outcome and we'll own it end to end.

First submittal in 5 days — or no placement fee Deep RAN bench — O-RAN, vRAN, 5G-Advanced, AI-RAN Fully insured — GL, E&O, EPLI, workers' comp W-2 and 1099 — compliant in all 50 states

Two ways to engage

Sometimes you need people. Sometimes you need it done.

Most firms sell you one because it's the only thing they do. We'll tell you which one actually fits — including when the answer is "hire someone permanently and don't use us at all."

Model 01

ARANIS Talent

You own the plan and the management. We find the engineers and get them onto your team fast — contract, contract-to-hire or permanent.

  • You direct the work day to day
  • Billed hourly, transparent markup
  • Scale up or down as the rollout moves
  • First qualified submittal in under 5 days

Model 02

ARANIS Delivery

You own the outcome you want. We own the scope, the team and the deadline — and we carry the risk of hitting it.

  • We manage the team and the plan
  • Fixed scope, milestone-based billing
  • Defined acceptance criteria, in writing
  • One accountable point of contact
What we deliver →

Many engagements start as one and become the other. A rollout that begins with three contractors often ends as a managed scope — and that's a conversation, not a renegotiation.

How Talent works

An engine that runs the process. People who make the calls.

Traditional agencies lose days to manual work between every step. We automated those gaps — and deliberately did not automate the two places where judgment matters.

01

Requisition intake

Your job description is parsed into a structured requirement set within minutes — must-haves, nice-to-haves, a scoring rubric, and a market-calibrated rate range we confirm with you before we start.

Automated
02

Continuous sourcing

We search job boards, professional networks, technical communities and our own database simultaneously, expanding for adjacent titles and equivalent skills that keyword search misses.

Automated
03

Outreach and response handling

Every candidate receives a message referencing their actual background, not a template blast — with structured follow-up so nobody falls through the cracks.

Automated
04

Screening and ranking

Candidates are ranked against your rubric with cited evidence for every score, so you can see why someone ranked where they did. Our recruiter reviews the ranking and personally makes every decision to advance or decline.

Human decision
05

Submittal

You receive a consistent packet: summary, evidence mapped to each requirement, rate, availability, and work authorisation. No two-page resume dumps.

Automated
06

Onboarding, payroll and compliance

Background checks, I-9, state tax registration, workers' comp and weekly payroll are handled end to end. You receive one clean invoice.

Automated
07

Your account relationship

Intake calls, feedback, escalations and renewals are handled by a person who knows your business. This is deliberately not automated, and never will be.

Always human
What we place

The roles that stay open longest.

Wireless infrastructure is being rebuilt in software, and the talent market has not caught up. We recruit exclusively in that gap. If a role sits outside it, we'll tell you on the intake call rather than waste your week.

◆

RAN & radio engineering

RF design and optimisation, RAN performance, drive test and post-processing, capacity planning, 5G-Advanced rollout, spectrum and interference analysis.

◇

O-RAN & vRAN software

O-DU and O-CU development, RIC and xApp/rApp engineering, L1/L2/L3 stack, FAPI and fronthaul, DPDK, Kubernetes-based CNF deployment.

◈

AI-RAN & network intelligence

ML engineers building on network telemetry, RAN data pipelines, closed-loop automation, energy-saving and traffic-steering models, GPU-accelerated RAN.

◈

Core, transport & edge

5G SA core, IMS, MEC and edge compute, IP/MPLS transport, network automation and NetDevOps, observability across the RAN-to-core path.

◇

Field & deployment

Integration and commissioning, site engineering, NOC and managed services, test and validation, tower and civil coordination.

◆

Program & technical leadership

RAN program managers, deployment leads, solution architects, and technical project managers who have run a rollout before and can hold a multi-vendor schedule together.

What we deliver

Scopes we'll put our name and our margin behind.

Four practice areas, built around one observation: the hard part of modern wireless is no longer the radio. It's the data coming off it and the platform underneath it.

01

Network deployment & integration

Rollout program delivery, integration and commissioning, multi-vendor interoperability, site acceptance and validation, NOC transition and handover. Delivered as a managed scope with defined acceptance criteria rather than a stream of timesheets.

02

Data engineering & pipelines

Network telemetry is the highest-volume, least-exploited data in most operators. We build the ingestion, streaming and storage layers that turn PM counters, traces and KPI feeds into something a model or an engineer can actually use — at the cardinality real networks produce.

03

Agentic AI systems

Autonomous and semi-autonomous workflows: LLM orchestration, tool-using agents, retrieval over your own operational corpus, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints placed where judgment and liability actually sit. Built to be audited, not just demoed.

Reference implementation: our own recruitment delivery engine is an agentic pipeline in production — structured intake, multi-source retrieval, evidence-cited ranking, automated packet generation, with a human decision gate at the point that carries legal consequence. We're happy to walk your team through the architecture, including what we got wrong first.
04

Cloud migration & modernisation

Moving network and OSS/BSS workloads to cloud-native footing: containerisation, Kubernetes and CNF deployment patterns, CI/CD for network functions, observability across the RAN-to-core path, and FinOps discipline so the bill doesn't outrun the business case.

How a delivery engagement runs

1 · ScopingA short paid discovery if the problem isn't yet well defined. You keep the output whether or not you proceed.
2 · Statement of workFixed scope, milestones, acceptance criteria and price agreed in writing before anyone starts.
3 · DeliveryOur team, our management, your visibility. Weekly written status, no surprises at milestone review.
4 · HandoverDocumentation, runbooks and knowledge transfer to your team. We'd rather you didn't need us afterwards.
Responsible AI

We use AI in screening. Here is exactly how, and how we stay compliant.

The law now holds staffing firms — not their software vendors — responsible for automated screening outcomes. We built to that standard from day one, and we'll put it in writing in our MSA.

A human makes every adverse decision

AI ranks and explains. No candidate is ever declined by an automated system. Each decision is logged with the name of the person who made it.

Candidates are notified in advance

Every applicant is told that AI assists in screening, what it evaluates, and how to request a human review — before any evaluation takes place.

No protected-class proxies, ever

We do not screen on names, graduation years, employment gaps, photographs, or video and voice analysis. Scoring is against the requirements you gave us.

Four-year audit trail

Every input, score, model version and decision is retained for four years — exceeding the retention requirements in every jurisdiction we operate in.

Independent bias auditing

Our screening process is audited by an independent third party, with the summary available to clients and candidates on request.

Your data stays yours

Client requisitions and candidate records are never used to train third-party models, and are never shared across accounts.

Commercial terms

Priced normally. Scoped honestly.

We don't compete on discount — we compete on time-to-fill and on actually understanding the requirement. Rates are standard for the market, quoted up front, with no surprise fees at conversion.

Every engagement starts with a short technical intake call to confirm the requirement, the rate range, and the submittal timeline. You will not have to explain the difference between a DU and a CU, or why your PM counters are unusable. If we don't think we can fill the role, we'll tell you on that call.
